Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouts moong

  • 2 tbsp grated carrot

  • ¼ cup chopped spinach

  • ¼ cup chopped fenugreek (methi)

  • 2 tbsp gram flour

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds powder

  • ½ tsp green chilli paste

  • ½ tsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • How to make:

  • Mix sprouted moong with ½ cup water and blend well in a mixer to give a smooth paste.

  • Transfer the paste to a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well till no lumps are found.

  •  Heat a non-stick pan and grease using oil.

  • Pour a spoonful of the batter evenly and cook till it's brownish in color from both sides.

  • Serve the sprout pancakes with sauce/ green paste.
