Ingredients:
1 cup sprouts moong
2 tbsp grated carrot
¼ cup chopped spinach
¼ cup chopped fenugreek (methi)
2 tbsp gram flour
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cumin seeds powder
½ tsp green chilli paste
½ tsp oil
Salt to taste
How to make:
Mix sprouted moong with ½ cup water and blend well in a mixer to give a smooth paste.
Transfer the paste to a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well till no lumps are found.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease using oil.
Pour a spoonful of the batter evenly and cook till it's brownish in color from both sides.
Serve the sprout pancakes with sauce/ green paste.
